Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the Yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and sugar. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Meat: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced meat and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the onion, carrot, and bell pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Add the cabbage and continue to cook until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Combine and Stir-Fry: Return the cooked meat to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles and pour the sauce over the top. Toss everything together to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly with the sauce. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
