White Chocolate Fudge

White Chocolate Fudge is a smooth, creamy treat that’s as elegant as it is indulgent. This simple recipe combines the velvety sweetness of white chocolate with rich condensed milk, creating a melt-in-your-mouth confection that’s perfect for holidays, parties, or as a thoughtful homemade gift. With just a few ingredients and minimal effort, you can whip up this delightful fudge and customize it with your favorite mix-ins, like dried fruit, nuts, or colorful sprinkles, for a personal touch.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional mix-ins: ½ cup chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Be careful not to overheat, as white chocolate can scorch easily.
  3. Add Vanilla and Salt: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. If using mix-ins like nuts or dried fruit, gently fold them in at this stage.
  4. Pour and Set: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Smooth the top, and if desired, sprinkle additional toppings like nuts or sprinkles.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2-3 hours, or until it is firm enough to cut.
  6. Cut and Serve: Once set, use the parchment overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into small squares using a sharp knife.
  7. Store: Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for longer storage.
