Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meat:
    • In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef or pork pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
    • Remove the meat from the pot and set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:
    • In the same pot, add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
