Ingredients:

  • 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tsp finely chopped jalapeño (optional)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 avocado, diced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wonton chips or cucumber slices, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, rice vinegar, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the finely chopped shallot, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro to the bowl, mixing well.
