    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
    • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale

Instructions:

  1. Make the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Set aside.
