  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate the steaks: Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
