Slow Cooker Beef Curry

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Brown the beef chunks on all sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
