Shrimp Toast

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp Paste:
    • In a food processor, combine the shrimp, egg white, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pulse until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
  2. Prepare the Bread:
    • Cut each slice of bread into quarters, creating four small triangles or squares from each slice.
  3. Assemble the Shrimp Toast:
    • Spread a generous amount of the shrimp paste onto each piece of bread, covering one side completely.
    • If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the shrimp paste for added texture and flavor.
  4. Fry the Shrimp Toast:
