Directions:

  1. Prepare the base:

  4. Add the broth:

Continue this process until the rice is creamy and cooked to al dente texture, about 18-20 minutes. You may not need all the broth, so it’s important to taste as you go.
  5. Finish the risotto:
    • Once the rice is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese and butter until the risotto is rich and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve:
