Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 8 oz mushrooms (shiitake or button), sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
