Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Additional granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • 24-30 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

  8. Immediately after removing the cookies from the oven, press an unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
