Instructions

  1. Cook the vegetables: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
