Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp flour (for thickening)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Cook the Meatballs:
    • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until browned on all sides. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
