  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
