- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (225g) caster sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (60g) self-raising flour

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
