Lobster Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped celery (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 top-split hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the lobster mixture: In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery (if using). Stir gently to coat the lobster, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Add fresh chives or parsley if desired.
  2. Toast the buns: Brush the insides of the hot dog buns with melted butter. In a skillet over medium heat, toast the buns on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Assemble the lobster rolls: Spoon the lobster mixture into the toasted buns, dividing it evenly among them.
  4. Serve: Serve the lobster rolls immediately, with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.

Enjoy these lobster rolls with a side of fries, chips, or a simple salad for a taste of summer in every bite!
