Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan or springform pan.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
