Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb ham, thinly sliced or diced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large circle or rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
