Ingredients:

  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the pan: Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Melt the marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
