  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
