Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup bell peppers, finely chopped (any color)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala (available at Indian grocery stores)
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tsp red chili powder (optional for extra heat)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev (crispy chickpea noodles) or pomegranate seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Corn: If using fresh corn, boil the kernels until tender and drain. If using frozen corn, cook according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Mix the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled corn, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers, and green chili.
  3. Add Spices and Seasoning: Sprinkle the chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder (if using), and salt over the corn and vegetables. Toss everything together to mix well.
