    • Sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Wings:
    • In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, chili sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.
    • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until well coated.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  2. Bake the Wings:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
    • Arrange the marinated wings on the rack in a single layer.
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  3. Prepare the Glaze:
    • While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze by combining chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    • Stir until the butter has melted and the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
  4. Coat the Wings:
    • Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl.
    • Pour the glaze over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
  5. Serve:
    • Arrange the glazed wings on a serving platter.
    • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
    • Serve hot, and enjoy!

These Chilli Chicken Wings are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven but can be reheated in a preheated oven for a few minutes if needed.
