Chicken With Florentine Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  7. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the Florentine sauce over them. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
