Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
