Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked, shredded or chopped chicken breast
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes and avocado (optional)
Instructions:
