Brownie Mounds

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  2. Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the Dry Ingredients: Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

  5. Shape the Mounds: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
