  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes. If using frozen broccoli, thaw and drain any excess water.
