  • 1/4 cup water or beef broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced beef with cornstarch to coat. This helps create a tender texture when cooked.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
