  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 3-4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced

  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust: In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Assemble the bars: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Layer the sliced bananas on top, followed by the drained crushed pineapple and sliced strawberries.
  5. Add the finishing touches: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the fruit layers. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
