BACON-CHICKEN SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or your preferred sauce)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.
