Apricot Bars

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to work the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
