  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)

  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
