Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili flakes (if using), and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Marinate the Drumsticks: Place the chicken drumsticks in a large zip-top bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated evenly.
