Ingredients:

Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shortcake Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
