Whip it up in minutes for a guilt-free treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Scoop the avocado into a blender or food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, cilantro or parsley, and ground cumin (if using).
  2. Blend the Dip:
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water or olive oil to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Season to Taste:
Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper as needed. Blend briefly to incorporate.
  4. Serve:
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil if desired. Serve immediately with vegetable sticks, chips, or crackers. It can also be spread on sandwiches or used as a dressing for salads.
  5. Store:
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip before sealing the container.
