Ingredients:

  • For the Dressing:
    • 1/4 cup fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1-2 bird’s eye chilies, sliced (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Vermicelli Noodles:
