- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika on both sides.
