Beef and Pineapple Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix the beef slices with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and beef broth. Set aside.
