Ingredients:

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or 12 small dough balls (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a bundt pan, pie dish, or baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Prepare the Dough Balls: If using canned biscuit dough, cut each biscuit into quarters. If using homemade dough, ensure the pieces are roughly the size of golf balls.
  4. Coat the Dough: Dip each dough piece into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated, and arrange the pieces in the prepared dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese between layers as you stack the dough balls.
  5. Top and Bake: Once all the dough is layered, drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Cool and Serve: Allow the rolls to cool slightly in the pan before transferring them to a serving plate. Serve warm, either as a side dish or a stand-alone treat.

These Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Rolls are irresistible, so don’t be surprised if they disappear in minutes!
