Cranberry Mimosas

Cranberry Mimosas are the perfect festive cocktail to elevate your holiday celebrations. This vibrant and refreshing drink combines the tartness of cranberry juice with the effervescence of sparkling wine, creating a beautiful balance of flavors that’s both sweet and crisp. Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750ml) of dry sparkling wine or champagne, chilled
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened or sweetened, depending on your preference), chilled
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glasses:
    Chill champagne flutes in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes before serving.
  2. Pour the cranberry juice:
    Fill each champagne flute about 1/3 full with cranberry juice.
  3. Add the sparkling wine:
    Slowly pour the sparkling wine over the cranberry juice until the glass is nearly full. Be careful to pour gently to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Garnish:
    Add a few fresh cranberries to each glass for a pop of color. Finish with a small sprig of rosemary for a festive touch.
  5. Serve immediately:
    Enjoy these Cranberry Mimosas chilled for a refreshing and festive drink.

Tips:

  • For an extra-special twist, rim the glasses with sugar. Dip the rim in water or cranberry juice, then coat with granulated sugar before pouring the drink.
