  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • Lettuce, tomato, and onion, for topping
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or more to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Burger Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, black pepper, and chopped jalapeño. Mix until well combined but be careful not to overmix. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties.
