Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cheese: Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes if using a block of feta, or simply leave smaller balls of mozzarella or goat cheese whole. Arrange the cheese in a small jar or airtight container.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic slices and cook for about 1-2 minutes, just until fragrant and lightly golden (be careful not to burn the garlic). Remove the oil from heat.
