Mini Shrimp Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the shrimp filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill or parsley, and chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
