  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the veal: Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper. Dredge each cutlet lightly in flour, shaking off any excess.
